4. The Board of Directors shall determine the
amount of
annual membership fees.
4.1 Membership fees shall be paid by
October 1st of the
current year, or within two months of joining the
group.
4.2 No member whose membership fee is in
arrears may
take
part in any activity of the group.

5. The affairs of Kanata Theatre shall be
managed by a 10-
member Board of Directors. The Board
shall consist of
the following:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Director, Plays
Director, Publicity
Director, Membership and Training
Director, Playhouse Operations
Director, Box Office
Immediate Past President
5.1 The term of office shall be
from one Annual General
Meeting to the next
5.1.1 Except in the cases of Treasurer and
Director, Box Office, no person may
occupy the same office for more than two
consecutive years.
5.1.2 No person may be elected to the Board
for more than five consecutive years.
5.1.3 Any post that becomes vacant before the
end of the normal term of office shall be
filled by appointment by the Board.
5.2 Any four Directors
shall constitute a quorum for a
Board meeting, provided the President, Vice
