Template for email to new Actors, soliciting their help as Front of House volunteers
Congratulations again on your
performance in "?????????" last year. I really hope you enjoyed your first
acting experience at KT.
We are now getting ready for our next show "????????", and it is my job as
Director of Front of House to assist the FOH Managers in soliciting volunteers.
Assisting with Front of House is a pretty easy task consisting mainly of handing
out programs or tearing tickets, but it is a very important job as this is the
first impression our audience receives when entering the theatre.
It is customary for new actors to do Front of House at the next production to
show their support for the theatre. I am sure you were impressed at the amount
of support you received during your show, and if you review the new cast list
you will spot former crew who did your make-up, lighting, sound, stage managing,
etc.
The strength and success of KT lies in our support of each other, and if you are
not already involved in some other aspect, I invite you to donate two or three
nights to Front of House.
