MARK BAZERMAN (Paul Sycamore) has performed in at least one production each year since he joined Kanata Theatre in 1997, starting as the miscreant Borachio in Much Ado About Nothing. He most recently portrayed a variety of characters in Departures and Arrivals and in Kindertransport, and was also in The Miss Firecracker Contest and The Madwoman of Chaillot. Being a victim of downsizing, Mark is available for acting projects or (he says) for heavy lifting!

MARK BAZERMAN (Mr.
Podgers) returns to the stage after a long hiatus. Having
started his acting career as Borachio
in Kanata Theatres 1997 production of Much Ado About Nothing, he went on
to roles in nine other Kanata Theatre productions such as The Mad Woman of
Chaillot, Kindertransport, The Wild Guys and, most recently,
I Hate Hamlet. He has appeared onstage in the SocknBuskin
Studio Series and the Ottawa
Fringe festival, and also acted in several films and videos. Mark last peformed
as Elwood in
Goya Theatres
2006 production of A Party to Murder.

MARK BAZERMAN (Sampson, Capulet servant #2) is pleased to return to his roots: acting as a Shakespearian miscreant, much as he did as Borachio in Kanata Theatres 1997 production of Much Ado About Nothing. Mark subsequently appeared in nine other KT productions, and played roles for Goya Theatre, the SocknBuskin Studio Series, the Ottawa Fringe Festival, and several films and videos before retiring from acting in 2006. He returned to the stage last September as the mysterious Mr. Podgers in West Moon Street.
