JANET ALKAN (Belinda Blair/Flavia Brent) last appeared on stage at Kanata Theatre as Susannah/Ellen in An Experiment with an Air Pump, after being away from the stage for 22 years! For the Battleford Community Players, Saskatchewan, Janet had played the role of Elvira in Blithe Spirit in 1976 and then appeared in The Real Inspector Hound and The Blackbox in 1978. She also had a choral role in The Mikado in 1980.
